I have cooked a roast plated up at 5pm. I’ve got to go out so we won’t actually eat it until around 8.
I’ve covered the plates with foil.
Would you refrigerate or leave on the side for a few hours? I don’t really want to reheat the dinner once it’s been refrigerated.
