Ex was removed by the police a month ago. I opened a CMS case online the next day, providing his new address (he’s living at work premises). It has never allowed me to log in, and speaking to a human takes 30m on hold or more. It’s been “referred to the technical team” twice.
Ex has ignored letters asking that he confirms his address. His employer (who is his friend) has been contacted to provide confirmation. If neither reply, the case will be closed.
AIBU to think this is awful? He’s a PAYE employee.
