I missed two dart payments. Realised the day after. My fault. Waited for fines. Got nothing. Forgot about it. This was in April. August and I get a bailiff letter from cder for £600! Log book and license registered at correct address. Called Dart and thry said file a te7 and te9. I asked them to send one to me as i have no printer. This was on 4th August. Nothing. Emailed them and they didn't respond. Stupid me didn't realise you could do them online, so have sent those off, but cder sent a bailiff to my house today with a notice of collection. I never saw any correspondence before it went to debt collectors. I am spiralling because I don't have £600. I set up an automated dart account immediately which I didn't know you can do. Why would they send debt collectors without telling me about the debt?
