Aside from their ridiculous one-size-fits-all and £££ for basic loungewear, my daughter came back from their Covent Garden branch at the weekend with the news that they have removed their changing rooms entirely!
Apparently, girls were trying to ascertain whether clothes would fit them by attempting to try them on on the shop floor at which point they were told not to by the security guard.
Of course, this is in addition to the fact that they do not give refunds.
My daughter thankfully is a little more worldly wise at 20, so left in disgust but AIBU to think that they are taking advantage of young girls?
