I’ve had Botox once before from a dentist who is a school mum, I thought this time I’d try a “better” one and went to a highly regarded one (don’t know if I’m allowed to name them). This famous clinic has amazing reviews whereas my dentist school mum probably has around 5. I went on Wednesday and I’m just not impressed but I don’t know if my experience is normal as this was the second time! Can someone advise;
The first one she took around 15 mins or so mapping out my face and getting me to do different facial expressions then numbed the area and I had my Botox, I could see and feel the results day 3.
the “famous clinic” I was in and out in 10 mins! I did 2 or 3 frowns then she did the Botox without numbing it. She kept asking me in the beginning what I wanted whereas the first clinic actually told me what I needed. I asked the second clinic where she thinks I should have it and she pointed the 2 obvious areas but left out another area the first one identified which I told her I had done pre piously and she said “yeah that could work too I can see you need it there”
it’s only been 4 days I know but I see no difference. I’m really dissapointed as this clinic cost so much more than my first one. I’m reluctant to go back to the first as I find it awkward as I know her.
