Why hasn’t Michael Jackson been cancelled??

The accusers were abused children who stood for their abuser because he told them he had to. They were only finally free when he literally left earth.

The police and fbi finding ‘nothing’ is completely untrue and I don’t understand why people constantly claim this.

Guess the FBI finding no physical, digital or conclusive evidence means nothing but by all means, let's believe the people who hung out with him for years despite their allegations and then financially benefitted directly from said allegations. Not suspicious at all.

Of course people are going to be "biased" towards thinking the person widely accused of CSA was far more likely to be a prolific child abuser....

(Elvis has few specific allegations, but publicly engaged in what we'd now recognize as grooming - had he been more contemporary I'm sure he'd have seen Jackson-esque backlash, but he's been dead for half a century and doesn't have much modern cultural relevance).

How do you know that they weren’t prolific child abusers and yet you sound like you had front row seats to the alleged abuse by MJ. Biased much?

People lie to themselves and keep repeating myths which enable them to keep supporting a predatory pedophile.

They did not find nothing. They found enough to launch a court case. That could hardly be further from ‘nothing’.

It is not strange n the least that the most famous man in the world and one of the richest was never thrown in jail. In the same way it isn’t strange that a man recorded saying ‘woman will allow you sexually assault them when you’re famous’ and ‘drink bleach to stop Covid’ is the leader of the free world. Or that Harvey Weinstein or RKelly continued their ‘open secret’ behaviour for decades. Or that JayZ and Beyoncé being implicated in RKellys case AND the Epstein files (for raping an underage girl) is just completely glossed over by the press.

She has not “admitted” she lied about sexual abuse allegations.

She lied in the Penney case which totally unrelated MJ, which was used by MJ’s lawyers to try to discredit her.

And ultimately that was irrelevant to the issue of whether her sons had been abused by MJ.

It’s not true thé FBI and police found nothing. The police found hair raising contents in MJ’s room. The FBI who investigated thé Arviso case believed him to be guilty according to an interview with one of the agents who worked on the case. He went as far as to say that if Robson and Safechuck had been able to testify then MJ may have gone to jail then.

What other evidence are you referring to? What about Gavin Arvizo’s mother suing JC Penney and getting it thrown out of court…. Or them trying with Jay Leno and sent packing…. Or swindling thousands of dollars in fraud. Is she still a credible, law abiding citizen and witness? She’s admitted she lied under oath about sexual abuse allegations. Anyway, with all this “evidence” it’s strange that nobody was ever convinced enough by it to throw him in jail. The FBI and police investigations lasted years and found nothing. Of course I’ve only drawn my own conclusions from what I’ve read, just like every other person here. I personally think he was totally eccentric but deep down, I really don’t believe he was abusive towards children.

I worked with a safeguarding trainer once who told me about calling an abrupt end to some ‘post incident’ training/support because the staff at a school where the Headteacher was CONVICTED of years of CSA kept saying how sad it all, how badly he was treated, how it was ‘blown out of proportion’ and he was ‘such a nice man’

Because you don't dictate who gets cancelled. He was found not guilty and his accusers were money grabbing liars, saying whatever was necessary at the time to get the biggest pay day. His music was legendary and his talent undeniable. He will always live on and thank god for that. But do leave the venue in a huff when his music comes on, I'm sure everyone will be so upset that the uptight white women left bc they played Billie Jean. 🤣

Here in NI we've had a very high level politician recently found guilty of SA and rape of his daughter and her friend going back to the 80s. His wife is guilty of aiding and abetting.

The girls said they were too frightened to speak before due to his reputation. What "evidence " did they have only their stories?

Very very hard to prove a case of SA, much like rape, unless caught in the act a good solicitor could show doubt, especially when you have a jury who like a lot on this thread thought he was a child and not a highly manipulative adult. And there was a LOT of evidence in this case.

I don't think you can put prince Andrew in the same category as saville either. Saville (who many keep mentioning) was in an absolute horrendous league of his own, every one KNOWS he is guilty and his crimes were horrific. Regarding MJ, not proven and clearly 50% of people claim his innocence.

A woman near me was recently found strangled to death with her husband nearby having killed himself. Her family are engaging with campaigns on domestic violence. Are they wrong? Maybe the husband was innocent?

No he was already dead.

I believe the victims of CSA. And now he’s thankfully dead no one can claim they want his money or he’s an ‘easy target’. If 2 grown men giving detailed accounts of what he did to them isn’t ‘evidence’ then what is? Someone who watched him do it will be claimed to be lying, video evidence will be ‘AI’ or ‘a lookalike’

One of the ones I’ve never been able to get past in his original trial was that they took pictures of the vitiligo on the underside of his penis and when the boys were asked to describe it from memory they were correct. But it’s ok that those boys have seen his erect penis multiple times cos he had a bad childhood and he’s a really good performer 🙄🙄🙄
