AIBU to think fitness apps guilt trip mums?

Being a busy mum you don’t always have time for that workout - do you get down when you lose your streaks?

I see posters on here behaving as though ‘mum guilt’ on returning to work is some kind of universal law. It’s not. Guilt is a choice.

The only thing that can guilt trip you is yourself.

Guilt over this is a choice, I feel, because you are only letting yourself down, but not really , if you see what I mean.
I used to beat myself up if I didn't reach my step count, to the point where I would be running furiously on the spot at 10 to midnight to get that 🏆 notification.

It helped me psychologically, but no one should care that much if life takes priority.
