AIBU to think Bonnie Blue should be arrested?

She did the 'schoolchild orgy' scene using very young looking but legally old enough performers. This was on the documentary about her. Some of the female perfomers looked like they were about 12. Disgusting.

But i do think a person's behaviour can be paedophile adjacent and/ or paedophile enabling. Where women have helped men abuse children, I'm not convinced there's always a sexual element for the woman in the same way. I think that pleasing the man involved is often the primary motivator for the woman.

Women in these positions clearly have very fucked up relationships with boundaries and power imbalances, which is also what paedophilia seeks to subvert.

We can agree to disagree - I did not actually call her a paedophile, I said that she is promoting (in my opinion) paedophilic pormographic content - she also did that weird golden shower thing too. I think most of us can agree that doll is there to emulate a baby.

The term paedophile is misused a lot on Mumsnet. Pretty much whenever someone posts about a 16-year-old having consensual sex with his 15-year-old girlfriend, someone will call him a paedophile.

A paedophile is someone who is primarily sexually attracted to pre-pubescent children. There is no evidence that Bonne Blue is a paedophile.

Paedophilic content is content showing the sexual abuse, exploitation of sexualisation of children. Such content is illegal. If Bonnie Blue made such content, she would be committing an offence. She has not suggested that her baby (if there is one) will be involved in pornographic content in any way. So no, she is not promoting paedophilic content.

Including her baby in this video is repugnant. I would be happy to support a law making this an offence. However, calling her a paedophile and claiming she is promoting paedophilic content is wrong and unhelpful.

I disagree - it’s no longer just promoting pornographic content if there is a baby or a baby doll involved imo!

Would it be criminal if, instead of using a baby/doll with its face obscured, she used a real five year old child with their face also obscured? It may not be promoting actual CSA content but surely it can't be ok to use children or replicas of them to promote even legal pornography?

Promoting pornography in this way is repugnant and raises serious safeguarding concerns but, even if that is her baby and not a doll, it does not make her a paedophile, nor is it promoting paedophilic content. She is promoting pornographic content. There is no indication that she intends to include her baby (if it exists) in any of her pornographic content. If she does, that would be a criminal offence.

The police won't arrest her until she commits an actual crime. What she has done certainly raises serious safeguarding concerns and I condemn it unreservedly, but she does not appear to have committed a criminal offence.
