I’ve nothing to be defensive of, I work with women every day who are affected by men of all religions and ethnicities, I support them reporting to police and attending court if needed. If I only saw white women and girls I’d tell you, but I don’t. So there’s my evidence, where’s yours?

I don’t know why more people aren’t in favour of the same system in other countries. Make the decision at an earlier point and then you can legitimately detain and deport undocumented arrivals.

Immigrant men have an offending rate similar to British men - in fact somewhat lower.
We would not be supporting them for years if we changed the rules so that they could work as in many other countries. It makes no sense to prevent them working when we have jobs which can't be filled. ( See the Government list of jobs that need filling.)
With the crisis situation we face with a birth rate of 1.39 children per woman, when we need 2.1 children per woman if we are not to have a crisis of underpopulation.
We desperately need people to come here to work so that our elderly can retire at a reasonable age. We can't keep raising the retirement age so that the poorest and those who have been working in unskilled manual labour jobs eg have fewer and fewer years of retirement. Unskilled male life expectancy 71-73, professionals 79-80. How is that right?
( NB Some countries eg China eg allow most women to retire at 55. only the managers retire at 60. Still much younger than we retire!)

It’s the numbers coming here that feed racism - anyone who thinks increasing the population by millions when the country is financially crippled , especially of different culture to the majority white and mainly men is a good thing is not being honest
