My son was sexually abused in a toilet and has also experienced wanking next to him since. He did not disclose it at the time because he was scared and ashamed. He has had professional therapy and it absolutely isn’t nonsense. Professionals treating him certainly don’t think it’s nonsense.

It’s abusive to a bathroom of women for a man to enter. I know there are male cleaners but it can’t be avoided.

If you go out with a child of the opposite sex you need to be able to consider the rights of other people as well.

I can assure you that men are not stood rubbing their erect cocks in full view in the men’s toilets.
Just as women are not stood in full view with their legs spread wide open fingering themselves.
Adult males should not be in female toilets.

And for those who for trauma or religious reasons would be distressed - why put them in that position? Nothing is going to happen to a small child who is accompanied by her father in the men’s toilets.

I was not abused in any way . I was raised by a sensible parent in the real world and not wrapped in cotton wool or treated like I was precious . And no I’ve never been spanked . It’s not abuse. If you think that is abuse you must be living in a dream world.

Or where do we draw the line? Fathers taking daughters into the female changing room at the swimming pool?

But then I think the only people in female facilities are women and girls - boys should go in male facilities by the time they are school age.

Men know they can go in the ladies’ toilet (even the good ones) because it is unlikely to that anyone will speak to them about it.

I’m sure a lot of them are there in good faith but given men are overwhelmingly the cause of assaults on women, the good ones should be aware of that and act accordingly. I had a friend who was a big bloke and if he was walking on the same side of the road as a lone woman in a quiet area, he would make a point of crossing over the road and even turning off as soon as he could because he didn’t want them
to be uncomfortable.

I don’t think we have the right to consent on behalf of other women.

A man should take his child into the men’s toilet. Why on earth would he not?

Sorry but this is nonsense. While gay men do hang around public toilets, they are generally very discrete and they intentionally don't try to force themselves onto other men (who are most likely straight) as that's asking for trouble.

He said cos the women would get an awful fright if a man went in women don’t like men in their changing room. I just shrugged and accepted it . Did I suddenly feel like I wasn’t female ? Eh no. It wouldn’t bother me, the cubicles are secure and have doors, he is with his daughter. Where else are they supposed to go? A lone man without a daughte, definitely not. But a man stuck in his own with a small girl, then I would be fine. I’m sure he ain’t peeking under doors. In public toilets I pee and go as quickly as I can anyway. The sink area is just a sink area and there’s nothing to see there.

Because you’d be deliberately exposing a small girl to several strange men while using the toilet just so that an adult woman doesn’t have to see one dad helping the same girl.

No it isn’t. There is no law that says parents can’t enter different sex toilets to safeguard their children. So “the way it is” is that parents can, do and should safeguard their children as they feel fit.
