AIBU to think moustaches rarely improve a man's appearance?

There is no man on earth who’s looks are improved by the addition of facial hair.

Can someone please tell the young lads with the 1970s ‘taches that they look bloody awful?

I’ve told my daughters that if they ever bring home something with that mullet-‘tache combo, they are being disowned. Although their dad technically has a moustache, but it’s combined with a full biker beard 🔥 so that’s perfectly acceptable.

Oh yes the mullet +tache not good
Biker beard can be very different my 19yr old son has a full beard and has done since he was 15 non of the bum fluff stuff

Personally i dont think a moustache adds anything some men like Clark Gable and Tom Selleck remained attractive despite the moustache imo.

Love a tache on a man. But I'm in my 50's and love a hairy chested man which doesn't seem to be popular these days. Have always had a crush on Tim Selleck since his Magnum days. He looks odd without a tache. I think a manly man can carry it off. Upper lip bumfluff though, no thanks.

I have no idea
My Dad had a 70s tache long after they went out of faahion it never suited him
But im not keen on the mullet either.

Freddie Mercury’s ‘tache is exactly what I mean. Utterly vile. But he’s not trying to attract another female so that’s ok.

Maybe it’s something to do with the rising number of people who prefer living alone that being in a couple. These guys just aren’t trying to attract anyone whatsoever and so the ‘tache is a way to ensure girls get the message. A sort of clue someone is asexual.

Saw a guy today with s kind of half moustache and a semi mullet

You may look 'cool' but its doing you no favours, man on the street
