You don't really get the full picture of the walking stick incident until you watch both angles at the same time

A lot of people don't care about all this. They just don't want to be governed by a party that keeps accommodating foreign men that gang rape ten year olds, while homeless British men are given a tent and a sleeping bag.

Foreign donations and Nigel Farage

That's a few months out of date now, but immigration does still feature highly amongst people's concerns. However, it's interesting that many people also massively overestimate how many migrants are actually entering the country, and especially the number entering on small boats. A large proportion of the electorate still think that immigration is going up when it is actually going down. So it's hard to know whether the level of concern is based on perceptions or on reality.

Either way, it doesn't seem that people see Farage or Reform as the answer to these concerns. See this latest YouGov poll which looks at public support for Farage and Reform, for example:

Look where all the concern is coming from in the breakdown by party. 90% of Reform voters are concerned and 75% of Tory voters. The rest of us don’t particularly care, we’re more bothered about the economy.

According to a YouGov Poll the top concerns of the UK electorate centre primarily on the cost of living, immigration, and the management of public services. The top topic is immigration. So I am curious to know how they are addressing it?
The number of HMOs in my town (pop 26,500) is burgeoning rapidly. What really hacks off the local tradespeople is that they are using government funded contractors to do the modification work to the properties. So local tradespeople are getting sidelined. This is an area of high unemployment where people want to work.
We now have young men wandering around the town centre at all hours where there were none before. Our community foodbank now has a queue around the block on the days it opens and doesn't get enough donations to serve everyone. Some of these men get aggressive, so some of the volunteers won't serve them and the days have been reduced from 5 to 3.
One migrant was able to walk along the roofspace in a row of (now HMO)terrace houses and tried to enter the home of a single mum with a child, via a hatch - she was terrified.
Our MP (Labour) has been asked repeatedly to have a meeting with concerned members of the public and Town Councillors but has refused to see anyone.
Please don't tell me "it's wearing thin now" because it is certainly wearing thin with residents here.
As far as I am concerned no-one here is being listened to or have even been acknowledged as having an issue.
We have already had one empty property set on fire in the town and vandalism occurring regularly.
All they have done is "kick the can down the road" and moved migrants from hotels to HMOs.
So I would be pleased to know how you think the government is "addressing it"?

Can I just mention- he seems to be disabled. Is there any chance he thinks these are defensive acts in the mele- ie- he fears being knocked over or something. Perhaps he couldn't move backwards? Clearly the protestor in the originals footage was not in control but he's grabbing her very oddly. Not trying to make excuses just wondering how on earth someone does that.

I was listening to a Reform supporter on BBC's Any Answers. He said he didn't care where the money came from, whether it was from abroad or whatever. He also said that, even if Reform were fiddling their finances, he considered that to be less immoral than housing asylum seekers.

I think a lot of their supporters won't really give a shit about the blatant corruption or who is funding the party as long as they feel confident that the anti-migrant agenda that they care about is enacted.
