He is just inconsiderate and needs someone to tell him to use a loo a bit futher away. This man stinks the office out several times a day, he will not be humiliated.

It’s not normal to go that many times a day. He must have some kind of bowel issue. There is no way to bring this up without humiliating him.

It all seems odd to me but I am the type the questions when someone can adamantly confirm someone doesn't have a stoma but doesn't know anymore than that. That's the issue you need to address, one small unventilated toilet in the middle of an office, it's unhygienic, undignified and should never have passed planning. If this is a genuine post then this needs to be escalated to hr as a hse issue and estates. Where do visitors use the loo, why isn't there one in a corridor with handwashing facilities, even if people shut the door there's nowhere for odours to disipate . Spray fresheners are terrible, especially if anyone has breathing issues or allergies. Laughing and making fun of him is spiteful, what about all the other staff who poo, does it smell of roses, do you laugh at them to.

Yes I get that. The thing is many people have excused what he is doing by saying he'll soil himself, he must have urgency. He clearly doesnt therefore he should show some consideration and use a toilet that doesn't open directly into the work area. Stop enabling his very poor manners. Raise your bar a bit.
