Almost nothing as am perpetually saving, saving, saving. Never have coffee out. Family usually go out to eat for birthdays, so 4x year, and then only somewhere pretty low-key. Maybe £300 per year?

£0 on coffee out because I don’t drink it (or tea, only water or booze for me) but I make up for it with eating out, certainly in the last week anyway.
I spent about £700 on eating out last week - one of those times was a special lunch out for dh birthday though which was just over half of that, then a couple of lunches out with the dc towards the end of the summer holidays. Took my niece out for dinner Sunday night and bought lunch out at work today. Usually probably more around the £100 a week mark. A meal out with friends/family and buy a couple of lunches out at work.

I treat myself to a sausage and egg McMuffin after yoga every Friday. So about £5 a week? Me and DH will also get a takeaway or eat out once a month so £50 - £100. I don’t buy coffee out as I’ve cut out caffeine and a lot of decaf coffees are awful.

On coffee? Normally very little, I usually make it at home.

This last week, that I spent in Amsterdam? Probably about £50. I drink a lot of coffee, and it's an expensive city.

I hardly spend anything on coffee 'out' as I'm a bit fussy so take my own into work.

Impossible to say how much I spend on eating out as it can vary dramatically.
