Any Russian attack will be cyber, not bombing, to disrupt pur services and technical infrastructure. That's what they do and have already wormed their way into a lot of our social media, etc. You can make minor, calm preparation for cyber attacks if you're concerned, such as ensuring you have cash to hand, supplies for power or water cuts. Not much else you can do, other than talk over your anxiety with someone if its really affecting you.

Russia is living in the past and has been for decades. I know. I've been there. I saw what they really have compared to what they project.

I have horrible fearful anxiety about something else (my youngest getting trapped under a bus or a car) and so I do understand the irrational fear of it being on your mind. And the feeling is real. It’s awful. Even if you know it’s unlikely to happen it’s still there - it’s anxiety.

FWIW I think more likely to be killed in a road traffic accident then by Russia. But I’m biased because that’s where my fear lives.
