To love Meghan and Harry but think they need to let us see the kids?

I'm no Meghan hater, but, if youre coming back to the uk and royal life, I do think the kids need to be shown.

Just like i like seeing Louis and the others, theyve got little personalities we want to see 🤷‍♀️

Its not like theyre some influencers or uk celebs - that would be weird to care

These are royals - funded by the tax payer, held up to us all as the UK's family.

Will and Harry had too much intrusion growing up, i'm sure, but i dont think wills kids do

If youre coming back as a working royal, living off the taxpayer - i dont see why a photo and a trip to Trooping the Colour is too big an ask 🤷‍♀️😬

either way, your interest in someone else’s children is weird.

they’re private citizens. Their mother and father have made the decision not to put their faces in the news media or social media and the public have no right to see them.

weird way to react to what was two children being forced into behaving in a disgusting awful traumatising way so that the great British public could get pictures.

I'm surprised by the poll. Not intending to ask a silly question, but why?

Part of the royals deal is that we get a photo every year and see them during the Trooping the Colour, which I love.

They aren't coming back to royal life as you put it. Not living in a royal residence or becoming working royals. Their children and their family life are their own business and no-one else's.

@hotmumshit you feel a level of attachment to them, “we” don’t all feel that way. Many of us recognise that we don’t know them at all, not even slightly, and witnessing them at public events doesn’t mean that we do actually know them. It’s projection on your part.

I don’t feel an attachment to either of them and I am 20 years older than you. Your interest in them and their children sounds really unhealthy. Why would you feel attachment to a racist, drug addicted stranger?

You wouldn't have been more than 7 when Princess Diana died, watching kids walk behind their mother's coffin is more likely to be trauma than attachment.

I don't like Meghan and Harry. But I don't think they have any obligation to show off pictures of the kids. In fact it would probably be better all round if they didn't.

Well Louis seems funny and slightly camp - Charlotte seems the typical sister keeping Louis in line - and she looks so much like will!

He has no official royal duties and will not take any on. Will not be present at royal events. Is a prince in name only. Yes. 5th in line to the throne - that can only be removed by an act of parliament.

This is creepy as hell. You have no more right to see their kids than you do anyone else’s. They’re little kids, leave them be.

If the Wales’ want to parade their kids about, that’s up to them. I don’t care for the royals but equally I don’t hate them, and I have no real opinion on H&M either but they are doing a good job raising their kids in private.

And I think Margaret was fun, wasnt she? I was born in the early 90s so missed it

One of the things (there are many) that I really despise about the monarchy is the expectation that the RF's children are paraded about in public...starting from when they are babies a few hours old, and culminating in things like the spectacle of the very young William and Harry following their mother's coffin at her funeral.

The idea that the children are public property is something I find really nauseating. This idea is apparent in the resentment directed at Harry & Meghan for their decision to protect their own children from it.
