To ask those that use chat GPT regularly to ask it what age it calculates you are?!

I use Chat GPT regularly about all kinds of things and asked it earlier what age it places me at. It was 2 years out (older) … to those that don’t use it no need to respond it’s not a debate over using it - but for those that do it’s interesting to see where it places you and why! Mine used children’s ages, chat discussion topics and taste in interiors/clothing etc to decide on my age apparently

If you upload a selfie and ask it to use the image to write a character profile for a novel - including age - that’s super interesting too! It won’t calculate your age from a picture otherwise.

It has me at 16 years younger than I am.
It says I have a very youthful, natural look.

My friend was in the picture, she is 33, it put her at 15 - 17, also saying she had a youthful face.

We both get comments about not looking our age, but not quite as far as Chatgpt thinks 🤣

Mine got it exactly right which freaked me out until I asked how it knew to which it replied I’d previously told it!
I then asked it to guess based on my interactions ignoring my age and it guessed a range with my age being near the top end then justified why which made sense but I suspect it came up with the range as it did know & was being flattering adding lower ages.

Laptop 30-34,both based on my vibe,apparently.

I'm 38. Guessing my phone takes the hit with late night worries about unlikely situations!

It was one year out and the conversation was actually very funny. I want to hate AI so much but its so helpful

ChatGPT has been massively helpful to me. I got it to do 3 mock job interviews with me - I got the job, everything ChatGPT said would come up did come up and it was the best job interview I’ve ever had 😂

I think I’m insulted.

I’m in my 60s and it guessed 27 due to the way I write.

It’s not got a good memory as I’ve mostly used it as a memory prompt like working out what year I went to Russia and the conclusion was 1992.

It hedged a bit but then was only three years out (younger). Apparently based on career information I’d given it.

Mind you, a few weeks back when I was in the midst of talking a lot about my career I had to repeatedly remind it I was female - apparently because of the level of seniority I am at and my chosen career it couldn’t compute that I wasn’t a bloke.

It has made me slightly older than I am, but I notice a lot of bet hedging. I might have some fun with it later on...

It admitted it knew I was 50 as we'd had chats about my birthday and HRT among other things. However:

If your ChatGPT already knows your age just type this:-

“If you didn’t know my age, how old would you think I am?“

Mine said 4 years younger than my age, and added “You also have a very direct, curious, slightly mischievous way of asking questions“ which made me smile 😄

Mine was accurate -just 5 months out.
Said ‘suggests someone who’s been around long enough to know what they like — and has absolutely no patience for nonsense.
But there’s quite a range in your interests, so I could easily be wildly wrong’
