Do female leaders and managers make better managers ?

theres often talk about females being better than men and that if women had control of the world etc the world would be better and since they have not achieved that yet, part of the question can be answered by me asking do females / women make better managers than males and why ?

How do we vote? Fwiw, I feel that women are judged way harsher than men in every single category. You would think it was Meghan that was besties with Epstein for one example.

I like a balanced workplace with both. I’ve worked for a male boss who only wanted to hire women as subordinates, he always had issues with any men on the team and would try to get them fired which I found odd. I think he found women more agreeable.

Any information can be found on the internet that would say things either way like any subject - so poster's pulling things of the internet and sticking it on here would show people can use a search engine but what would be about it

Some women are good managers, some are awful, and some are perfectly satisfactory. Likewise men.

I think probably women leaders probably are better simply because we generally don't tolerate mediocre women leaders in the way we do men, so if they're not good, they just don't progress as much. But there are many who still don't think Thstcher was at all good, for example.

thats the thing it does kinda prove that if females ruled the world overall in all management positons they could still cause various mixed effects across the globe

personally id say its mixed theres some good managers females but theres also some good male managers but then theres egos, etc that get added to the mix and so on
