Who is your unusual crush?

Who do you find attractive but they're perhaps not attractive in a conventional way?

I'll start with David Baddiel. Something about him. His facial hair is sexy. He did a series cycling round France with Hugh Dennis (who I also have a crush on) and the pair of them were a joy to watch. Witty and intelligent. He's also fiercely proud of his Jewish heritage.

That was me! I was telling my friend about this hilarious thread, and she said he used to fart in the direction of anyone that annoyed him.

have loved Reece all my life- literally since teenager. He’s funny, enigmatic, intelligent and bloody good looking. Used to think it was weird and never said anything, now realise basically every woman my age who know who he is agrees with me.

No, no, no! Most of these are not at all unusual for crushes, the majority mentioned are good looking guys. My weird crush of many years is Pete Waterman, mad as a March hare but really funny. I always liked Brian Clough too (ages me I know) and Eric Morecambe, I must just go for the sense of humour

Yes, he does.

Normally I can't stand that, but somehow he pulls it off.

Have a look at The Great Song of Indifference video. He starts off very clean shaven and tidy then gradually becomes dishevelled. I much prefer stage 2 with him stubbled and shirt untucked!

I completely understand Tom Burke, Darragh Ennis, Cheerful Charlie, House, Patrick Grant, obviously Rufus Sewell, and maybe Andy Burnham too. But not sure any of those are unusual, they are all objectively pleasant looking guys tbh. Ilona Maher is gorgeous, sexy and funny.
I'll add Mads Michelson and Prof Brian Cox, but I don't think they're unusual either?

I'd say Mads Mikkelson is divisive. Can't see it myself (he's a bit hound-dog looking IMO), but appreciate that a lot of people can.

I saw him being interviewed back in the 80s on that TV show where a computer asked a celebrity lots of probing personal questions (can't remember the name of it). He was asked 'when did you last have a bath' and his answer was 'Um, last week sometime'. 🤮
