Who is your unusual crush?

Who do you find attractive but they're perhaps not attractive in a conventional way?

I'll start with David Baddiel. Something about him. His facial hair is sexy. He did a series cycling round France with Hugh Dennis (who I also have a crush on) and the pair of them were a joy to watch. Witty and intelligent. He's also fiercely proud of his Jewish heritage.

Phwoar, another one. I definitely would.

@catspyjamas1 he came to my attention in Patriot just a few years before Liev Schreiber. Very nice indeedy

Matt Hancock

Please explain yourself 😂 (yes I fancy bill Murray but genuinely can’t understand this 🤣)

And Jason Isaacs. First noticed him in The Patriot and fancied him on the spot, despite playing a horrible character. He's aging well 😋

Phwoar, another one. I definitely would.

Ray Winstone - esp in Sexy Beast!

Yes! And The Sweeney film!

He gives me Captain Peacock vibes😶

😂😂

Tony Blair 😂

This made me lol, can you explain it? Is it the power and charm?

How? Just how? He is so ugly and malevolent looking.

I put it down to his brain tbh. Hes also funny AF. I catch him on the Spectator's podcasts and he's seemingly got a great sense of humour, quick off the bat and very intelligent. Give me him in the houses of Parliament bar after a couple of wines and stimulating chat- PHWOAR.

Steve Pemberton (Inside No9)
He is outrageously clever
Speaks German and French
His characters can be funny, camp, vunerable or out right evil.
Such expressive eyes .

I'll leave you all Reese Shearsmith to fight over .

I’ll pass on Reece Shearsmith thanks. He is so sinister - gives me the willies.

SlightlyTerrifiedButPolite · 02/08/2026 18:24

Bill Murray 😂, the older he gets the better

BeDandyDenimSloth · 02/08/2026 18:23

Hugh Laurie for me

Quacking4it · 02/08/2026 18:22

David Mitchell, Thomas Tuchel. 😂 Maybe I'm having a breakdown

I think many women would agree with you. Me for one

Tom Davies, Danny Dyer (especially now he’s in his Dad-Bod era), Ken Stott… oh I’m sure I’ve got loads more but I can’t think of them right now.

And yeah, I completely get David Baddiel. Have you read his memoir about his family OP? It’s so funny, makes him all the sexier.

100% with you on Danny Dyer! BF got a long diatribe from me about Dyer last weekend as I'd just rewatched The Business and I am a huge fan. He didn't get it 😂 Adding a pic for you!

Watch some of his concert videos and interactions with fans, may well change your opinion!

I used to fancy Mr Tumble. Maybe I had post natal depression. Dunno 🤣He was just so warm and kind.

Kindness wins everytime 😁 we all spent so long watching him it’s inevitable

quantumbutterfly · 02/08/2026 18:18

sugarapplelane · 02/08/2026 18:15

He is gorgeous. Even more gorgeous without his moustache.
Even my DH said that he’s extremely handsome

He gives me Captain Peacock vibes😶

Jane143 · 02/08/2026 17:39

Youngblud. And I’m 63 🤭

this made me laugh, he seems an extremely nice person to be fair

LambriniBobInIsleworthISeesYa · 02/08/2026 18:16

Reece Shearsmith, yes! Absolutely!!This has just come to me now I’ve read everyone else and I can’t edit. Weirdly I find him hotter when he’s being evil and hotter still as Mr. Jelly. Something very wrong with me.

Cheerful Charlie (Clarkson's Farm).

I shall offer no further explanation or context

Me too. He's 😍 😁

Those two are utterly brilliant - an over-used word, but I’ve followed their careers and I’m in awe of their inventiveness and vast knowledge of so many things under the guise of being a pair of daft lads.
