Cheeselets. Ruined.

I need to inform you of a terrible, terrible thing. They’ve ruined cheeselets.

I bought a multipack with much excitement. Previously I’d bought multipacks in b&m or similar whenever I’d seen them. For a while they’ve been missing.

i often buy big bags but only Tesco appear to sell them. I am unsure if current stocks of big packs of old style cheeselets are available. In the home counties if you go and check and buy out the stock I will hunt you down.

New cheeselets are fake Doritos cheese type flavour. They are no longer slightly puffy and flaky. They are now hard and uniform.

if they fuck with treeselets we must riot.

enjoy Every last treeselet. Remember them. Maybe one a day and make them last?

I’ve never been a twiglet person but I’m sad they’ve broken them too.

I’m hoping this might be like when Coke tried it on and everyone complained. Cheeselets and treeselets are sacred. They don’t need to be newed or improved.

Jacob's have also ruined Twiglets as of Christmas this year. I used to have a big bag a week. I've only had 1 big bag this year. Tasteless and pointless. Cost cutting so people notice is terrible for business. They were already expensive but I'd rather a smaller bag or higher price than lower quality.

They’ve taken the cheese out of twiglets so they are now vegan apparently. Now they’re just nasty bitter little twigs. I won’t buy them now, and I used to love a twiglet ☹️

I suggest we all go to every dodgy corner shop to look for questionably dated treeselets. My Londis has Cadbury selection packs near the tills. I can’t imagine left over treeselets, but this may be our only hope.

It's down to the manufacturers I think as opposed to the supermarkets.
Jaffa cakes are about the size of an old 10p bit.

Heinz baked beans have changed their beans too. They are smaller and harder and give you far worse wind. It’s the continuing enshittification of life.
