AIBU to ask how AIBU sounds in your head?

When you see 'AIBU', does AIBU sound in your head like the letters A, I, B, U?
Or like "AmIbeingunreasonable" run very fast together?
Or like a howl, "AYBOOOOO"?

YABU: everyone know how AIBU sounds
YANBU: AYBOOOOOOO AYBOOOOO

There are other acronyms that I sometimes can’t remember the real words for e.g.

STBXH = shoot the bastard ex-husband
AFAIK = and fuck-all (do i) I care

🙃(yes, I know they don’t make sense, but it’s what I hear in my head when I see the letters!)

Oooh so in my head I read it as 'amIbeenunable' like it's the actual words but contracted! I had never realised that before! Human brains are weird 🤣

DH and eldest DC were talking about something from AITA recently and one if then asked if I knew what that was. I looked blank and they explained. I do if course know what it is but realised I didn't understand because I read/hear it as Am-eye-tea-a
So AIBU is obviously Am-eye-be-you

I sometimes run down the list of thread titles declaring whether they are Yan-boo or Yar-boo without even clicking through to the posts. It makes me feel like an all-powerful but reckless judge 😂

Love this thread! I’ve never thought about it before, but I think I just see the letters and in my mind it’s ‘am I being unreasonable’ super fast, but I am not saying the words it’s just there as an instant phrase. I definitely don’t sound out the letter ai boo or ay eye etc.

My brain reads/says it as aboo, the i doesn't feature at all in my head but I think my heads just decided its the Irish word abú for some weird reason
