Handwritten was both sides

i truly think he’s assuming this is going to convince me to U turn.

I’ve had cards through the post as well as a 10 page letter

this following an angry text message saying I was disrespectful and he’d ‘not waste anymore time’

ive remained completely silent - no response at all

like others have said - dodged bullet

life remains incredibly peaceful.

I had imagined you living in peace.

If it's hand written though it makes it a little sweeter that if you ignore it and he asks about it, you can say 'what letter, I don't remember seeing one' and he'll have a choice to try and write it all back up again or not 😂 could be interesting to see the difference between letter a and letter b

It's amazing how predictable his responses were.

When I first found MN I was floored by how complete strangers could be so certain about situations based on a paragraph or two from an online stranger.

Over time I've come to understand why people (including me now) can be so bold in their opinions and advice. There really aren't that many different types of people. Obviously everyone is an individual but there are broad patterns of behaviour that show up time and time again.
