Our dog walker has put their 30 minute cost up to £25.

I think this is taking the mick, can I ask what others think? We are in the SE

I mean … is the dog satisfied with the service she provides?

a good dog wanker is worth her weight in gold .

PTSDBarbiegirl · 14/04/2026 19:22

Oh God, sorry…..

Villanellesproudmum · 14/04/2026 19:22

🤣🤣

sillistudi · 14/04/2026 19:22

Brilliant!!!

Twattergy · 14/04/2026 19:15

My dog wanker charges a lot more than that, but I get one free wank for me for every five dog wanks, so it's definitely worth it.

🤣🤣

LittleMissClutter · 14/04/2026 19:23

That's the last time I'll ever shout COME! when I'm calling my dog in the park.

Smokeybacon72 · 14/04/2026 19:24

They need to buy horse n hound to get dog in the mood so that'll add to the cost

The6thQueen · 14/04/2026 19:26

My dad offers this service - his text to me from a couple of years ago 🤣

I think you'll find they prefer to be called 'Reproductive Veterinarians'.

Bishopbrennansbum · 14/04/2026 19:38

Except it doesn’t make a change. The vast majority of posts now are bullshit. Ones like this and all the other fairy tales people post on here.

Fairy25 · 14/04/2026 19:39

that is mad. I pay £15 for an hour and thought that was a lot, it’s a group walk though

Isobel201 · 14/04/2026 19:43

£25 for 30 minutes, the dog walker is effectively charging you less than her time taken.

Moonlightfrog · 14/04/2026 19:50

I charge £15 for an hour but would charge the same for half an hour because I usually have to drive to collect the dog. £25 for half an hour seems steep.

Propagandalf · 14/04/2026 19:55

30 minutes is what I would consider a stamina wank.

bugalugs45 · 14/04/2026 19:58

Also SE and I pay £12 for an hour which is cheap but is a group walk , I think £15 is prob about average but for an hour not 30 minutes .
£25 is taking the absolute piss .

My dog IS a wanker.

He ate my husband's cornflakes this morning when he went to answer the door.

ETA: My husband went to answer the door - not the dog.

So disappointed you got the title changed! 😂

BoarBrush · 14/04/2026 20:06

Crikey we pay £25 for 9-4 ish daycare which includes 2 group walks.

Misnofitness · 14/04/2026 20:12

Can’t see the original title but I can guess 😂😂

my dog walker charges £20 for an ‘hour’- which is realistically more like 3 hours as he takes a group out but even 1.1 it would be £20 for the hour. In the south east

Op, report your post to get the title changed!

At that hourly rate the OP got the title right!!

Tinydogssitter · 14/04/2026 20:30

I charge £20 for a 1-1 walk. For 30 mins I charge £14.

Is your dog getting a 1 to 1 wank?

I'm in the SE and it's about £25 for a one hour walk on a one to one basis. No group walks. A 60 minute group walk is about £15 for an hour.

Your dog walker is taking the p*ss.

Hallamule · 14/04/2026 20:47

People can charge what they like for their time- as long as they can find someone to pay for it.
