Anti valuers are dumb and pathetic

Anti-vaxxers shouldn’t even consider having children until they develop a basic sense of responsibility.

I’m beyond frustrated hearing about measles outbreaks again and again. I fully understand that some parents genuinely cannot vaccinate their children using live vaccines due to legitimate medical conditions that weaken the immune system, but outside of those rare cases, there is no excuse apart from being totally and utterly DUMB and people that are do dumb and irresponsible should not be reproducing..

Dr Susan Oliver is an Australian immunologist. She was a guest on John Campbell's podcast before he went off the rails. In autumn 2021 he made a video claiming that Ivermectin was a cure for COVID 19. This was based on a Japanese study iirc. Susan Oliver spotted that he had misread the statistics. So she emailed him. No response. Messaged , texted , same result.

After his exciting Ivermectin video , Campbell's viewing figures really took off. Especially among American viewers. Many of whom had previously insulted him as ' an old poop nurse'. His PhD is in nursing education you see. He is not a medical doctor let alone an immunologist.

Because the others are paid for by big pharma. He’s not the only one Dr Robert Malone, Peter McCullough, Micheal Yeadon not name but a few. I respect your thoughts and am quite in my rights to have mine.

All those three have been widely debunked.

Do you have any links to a large peer reviewed study supporting them?

I know that you won't, but you could just accept you've been duped and manipulated by people who don't have your best interests at heart.

You don't have to continue like this. There's so much evidence out there that shows these people are liars and charlatans. You can turn your back on them.

Labelledelune · 25/03/2026 20:35

Not at all, you are very obnoxious thinking your views are the correct ones. At least I’ve tried to be tactful. You’ve lost me at ‘lol’

Lol. The standard response from someone who has comprehensively lost the argument.

A family member sent me a John Campbell video about the meningitis outbreak the other day. I haven't got the strength to watch it to be honest. So I just put a little thumb 👍 under it.
Perhaps Campbell has had a Damascene conversion though and want us all to get vaccinated?

My relative is a very kind and decent person in fact. He is genuinely concerned about the welfare of his family and friends. We are ' obligate carnivores' and should only eat meat. And so forth. I hate to think of people like him spending their lives crushed by anxiety and groundless fears. That's why I loathe the grifters with a passion.

OhWise1 · 24/03/2026 06:47

"Anti-valuers" are dumb??
Kettle, pot, black!!

If you were talking about anti-vaccination though, I would be inclined to agree!

RunSlowTalkFast · 24/03/2026 06:40

And yet again an anti vaxxer has gone quiet.

@Labelledelune why do you believe Malhotta instead of the huge majority of doctors and scientists who will tell you he is a charlatan?

somethingischasingme · 23/03/2026 12:09

My daughter nearly died from chickenpox. I wish I had paid for the vaccination (about 10 years ago now) but I didn’t realise how horrible chickenpox could be.

of course he’s been criticised. Anyone that goes against big pharma is criticised. Google any natural product that’s being used for years safely, Google will tell you it’s not recognised. Look up British Supplements read what he says about Big Pharma. I’ve never met anyone that regrets not having the covid jab but I’ve met plenty that do. We have a different opinion ( people do it’s normal) but to me anyone that trusts Big Pharma is a lemming. Read up on Statins, it’s an awful drug, why do they keep lowering the range for prescribing it? Germany has the highest cholesterol levels and yet the lowest heart conditions, try plant sterols I take them and it lowered mine. Anyway I have a new topic to defend and I’m bored with this one so I won’t be reading anymore comments.

Would you like to highlight how we should protect children from polio, TB and measles without vaccines?
What do you mean by natural products? What is there mode of action? What credible scientific research supports there use?
Do you reject all modern medicine (big pharma) or is it specifically vaccines you have a problem with?

It's not opinion, it's well researched scientific facts.

He's not a good person to follow. Try reading some of the criticism of him. Look at this with an open mind.

You are being lied to. These lies are putting children at risk of harm.

You do not have to continue down this route.

I don't want to go down the insult path but the only lemmings are the antivaxxers who believe charlatans and fraudsters

Aseem Malhotra is a British cardiologist and author, whose COVID-19 vaccine and anti-statin views have been criticised as misinformation by experts.

But that’s in your opinion. I’d rather listen to people like Malhotra

The vast majority of people on this thread are trying to highlight the risks associated with childhood diseases and how vaccines can protect children from these risks.

@TheTideIsNigh as (from what you have said above) think vaccines are a good idea it seems best to focus on that central message. Not make vague suggestions of 'authoritarianism'.

TheTideIsNigh · 22/03/2026 21:34

Owlbookend · 22/03/2026 21:31

Im not. Do you think vaccines are a bad idea?

That's good. No.

People are doing and saying a lot more than just that on this thread.

TheTideIsNigh · 22/03/2026 21:20

Owlbookend · 22/03/2026 21:14

People are suggesting that.accepting standard childhood UK vaccines is a good idea (unless advised against by a qualified doctor who is aware of your child's medical history) because the benefits outweigh the potential harms. Advice is being offered based on published scientific evidence.
@TheTideIsNigh can you explain what that has to do with authoritarianism?
