To think it is inappropriate for a teach to have big fake boobs?

I picked my niece up from school today and saw her with my own eyes, my sister and her husband have spoken about her in the past. IABU to think this is appropriate in a school with impressionable young children?

I have only seen her once but apparently her boobs increased in size and shape a few months ago so so they are definitely fake.

The thread is about teachers in general, not this specific teacher. Should their be a minimum moral standard for teachers to follow or is what they do to their body and what they do outside of work their own business and none of everybody elses?

A minimum "moral standard" for the size of body parts? Are you serious? 😂😂😂

Should there be any restrictions on a teachers (chosen) appearance? Tattoos, piercings etc? IMO there has to be least some standards that must be abided by.

They probably shouldn't turn up to work naked or in full bondage gear. A meat dress, a la Lady Gaga, might not be especially practical and may smell quite bad by the end of the day. Their outfits should not be covered in sharp knives for safety reasons.

I think unless it's a visible tattoo that's for example racist or overly sexualised and as long as the person is otherwise clean and reasonably presented and professionally dressed then it's not something that should be policed.

Breasts are not a "chosen" factor of appearance. They come in all shapes and sizes and there are plenty of valid reasons why a woman may need them to be lifted or resized.

What I would ask yourself is why you feel breasts are inappropriate? Why you feel that a female body part designed to feed infants is inappropriate?

And what is the maximum allowable tit size that you deem appropriate

Your right to an opinion is just that, an opinion. You have no idea of the teachers qualifications, you have no idea how good a teacher she is and what she does for the school.

You’re making a snap judgment on someone’s appearance based on one thing you’ve seen with no knowledge of the understanding behind it.

Everyone does indeed have the right to an opinion. What exactly is your opinion though? Boobs with implants are wrong? Teachers should be held to a maximum boon size? If a teacher has “real” boobs that are huge then reduction surgery is required prior to being unleashed on a classroom? Boobs are immoral?

How could we expect that teacher to actually teach with those big boobs in the way? Clutches pearls

The teacher must have really long arms to be able to reach the board given the size of the boobs in question 😂

You don't have the right to judge women based on their appearance.

Where is the evidence that this teacher is unable to do her job because of how she looks?

Surely teachers should be teaching their pupils that women should be taken seriously as professional people and not just for their looks and their attractiveness to men?

The boobs are definitely not reconstruction surgery. I will be collecting my niece from school every Thursday for the foreseeable future so I will be no doubt seeing this teacher every week.

Yet you're the one who won't take her seriously because of her boobs.

Actually, you DON'T have the right to an opinion on other people's boobs, because they're not your boobs.

I cannot believe that this is a real post. If it is then the internalised misogyny is strong with this one.

How do you know they’re not reconstructive?

what’s immoral about breast enhancement anyway?

If you take professional women less seriously due to their body shape or looks then that's a you issue and I suggest you stay away from children until you deal with your rampant misogyny.

ImImmortalNowBabyDoll · 10/03/2026 11:36

I think it's absolutely none of your business whatsoever how big her boobs are, fake or otherwise, and has nothing to do with her morals!

Yes, I agree with this revised statement. PARENTS. Looks like yours did an absolute crap job of parenting you Oona.

puffyisgood · 10/03/2026 10:39

No small number of women have uneven sized boobs. I'd be interested to know what OP thought of someone who was quite big on one side but more like average on the other? Maybe someone in that position should be allowed to teach primary but not secondary?

JHound · 10/03/2026 10:35

There is so much wrong with this.

Not all women are trying to be attractive to men.

Being/wanting to be attractive to men, women or both doesn’t mean you can’t also be professional.

Having large boobs (natural or otherwise) doesn’t mean you aren’t professional or a good teacher.

Surely teachers should be teaching bodily autonomy? And if primary school children are even noticing, that's worrying.

I find you very hard to take seriously & your fucked up way of thinking being honest, or are you actually just winding everyone up ????

I had my implants done because I wanted to feel better about myself. I went from an A cup to a D cup, I tend to dress conservatively at work and I don't think anyone has ever noticed.

When I started puberty, I developed normally, but with very little up top, and always looked and felt out of proportion. It had nothing to do with attracting men, and everything to do with how I felt about ME. It felt like corrective surgery, rather than a cosmetic enhancement, if that makes sense.

Implants do not always equate to Katie Price.
