All you can do is focus on your corner of the world. Be extra kind and polite to the humans you meet each day. It’s not much, but it’s a start. You create the world you live in. If you want to live in a kinder, gentler world, be kind and gentle.

Deliberative democracy, often using citizens' assemblies, is a model where 50–150+ randomly selected, demographically representative citizens learn, discuss, and make recommendations on specific, often complex, policy issues.

Blimey, with all that learning and sense amongst the decision makers Trump would never get in.

Well what then?

You've said not popularism. You've said not trusting the leadership of any country to the general public.

What do you suggest?

Quoting dictionary definitions may work for High School Assignments, matey, but context matters.
Trump apologists cannot hide behind casuistry; although a lot of 'em try.
That, and appeals to patriotism which, as a famous British dictionary compiler once said, is the last refuge of a scoundrel.

Edited

i used the dictionary because of how morals are subjective

all i said in context is that morals are subjective.

oxford definition:

Here is a breakdown of the definition and perspective regarding subjective morality:

  • Definition of Morality: oxford reference defines morality as "a system of values, normative rules, or principles according to which intentions or behaviours are judged to be good or bad, right or wrong".
  • Subjective Interpretation: Morality is considered subjective because these judgments are often based on personal feelings, tastes, or opinions . As no two individuals or cultures have identical life experiences, there is significant variation in what is considered moral or immoral

coloration is not causation besides whos to say that two things could be true maybe they did but another country rearmed them etc like running out of milk and the shop provides more milk

*correlation

in terms of rotten, basically a large part of society too yet people go omg when a president is similar

😂😂😂priceless!

LeftBoobGoneRogue · 06/03/2026 16:31

@Rightsraptor
Have you seen many women raping, murdering and well, starting wars that involve the indiscriminate bombing of civilians?

I haven’t.
Women can be rude, abusive and obnoxious. They can neglect their children, commit fraud and shop lift but you don’t see many female murderers and no female rapists.
Men on the other hand……..

You are contorting yourself in order to defend the indefensible.

Given your blind allegiance to MAGA and Trump nobody will have any faith in your ability to judge right from wrong anyway, so you can toot on until you're blue in the face and we'll still think Trump, MAGA and Karonline Leavitt are rotten to the core.
