As I said on another thread, I don’t like the guy and suspect he has a good deal to answer for, but we can’t go finding people guilty of awful crimes on the basis of anonymous claims unless more evidence comes to light.

European or Middle Eastern exile I can see happening. A deal done between the UK Monarchy and a Mid Eastern one. A nice home in Dubai/UAE and an annual stipend for life.
