prices will start from £24 per month

Would you take it up?

I need to work out what I’m paying per month tbh, but I pay for Now Tv, Netflix, Apple TV and get Disney plus with my bank (Lloyds) - 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Seems to me that we’ve gone back to the days of just having one cable tv bill!! - well done to sky for hanging in there tbh!

Wow

Mum pays more than that for Sky on it's own now. There must be a catch?

Blanketenvy · 11/02/2026 18:50

At the moment I pay £18 for sky which includes basic Netflix, hope I'm not going to be forced into paying more. Like other people might occ subscribe to other services for brief periods but not interested in having them all the time..

Popcorn76 · 11/02/2026 18:46

I just pay for 1 service at a time and we cycle through them, so a no from me.

TheMorgenmuffel · 11/02/2026 18:45

Start from?
So will it be 24 if you have sky, plus x for Netflix, plus for Disney...

If it was 24 for the lot id definitely go for it but that " starting from" bit makes me think the price would end up being a lot higher.

swapsicles · 11/02/2026 18:44

Ok so how much will it be after a year/18 months?
In my experience it'll go up then you need to haggle or cancel and restart.
I've got a freely TV now and can pause and rewind live TV so don't need to pay sky for that and then take it in turns with netflix/Disney every few months so I'm only paying one at a time

We pay for Now for sky atlantic (guess that’s covered in a normal sky subscription?), Netflix and Disney. Never even use Disney tbh, no idea why we still pay. Barely use Netflix either, only if a decent new series is on which is rare.

Netflix just got er! But honestly, if it weren’t for my dd, I wouldn’t have it, especially now that friends has gone

Does anyone really need that many subscription services at a time? Sounds like alot to me. I’m guessing £24 is for the basic with ad packages and the decent packages are far more expensive

LadyFriend · 11/02/2026 18:37

We already have Netflix with Sky and pay £13.49 for it. Now we will get Disney free which is great news, although I hope this doesn’t mean they will put the prices up.

mumofoneAloneandwell · 11/02/2026 18:31

its all so pricey

but that would include sky tv, and the ability to pause and rewind live tv

We pay for Netflix and Disney Plus.

Costs about half that per month for both so we'll give it a miss!
