Are there any?

If you are, come on, tell us who you are! 😁

How famous we talking? .
I've been on TV a few times, have had a couple of articles written about me but bet most people have never heard of me unless local to where I live.

KermitTheToad · 10/01/2026 18:53

I was shown on our local news when the Olympic torch came to our town. Form an orderly queue for autographs!

I think it means ‘sorry to have to correct you’

Yes it does of course, thank you.

I'm a Hollywood star and have 2 oscars.

One I four years old and the second is eight.

That was like opening up a dusty family album, how can that be 16 years ago.

Spotted Marian Keyes on a thread as she is the only person who referred to her husband as "himself" 😁

Loads of Irish people do that, sorry.

Queenoftartts · 10/01/2026 00:06

I’m not usually one to boast but I’m Queen Camilla.

I'm not sure many would consider that something to boast about 😵‍💫

Nextweektoo · 10/01/2026 14:19

SnipSnipMrBurgess · 10/01/2026 00:45

I do this all the time as an Irish person.

I am not Marian Keyes.

That's a shame! I was quite pleased with myself then!

I'm just an ordinary mum of three. Busy making sure FIL is ok, he's been seriously ill and dealing with my bitch of a SIL. Thankfully, she's miles away in the USA but Christ almighty, that woman always finds a way to boil my piss. I enjoy photography and am currently brushing up my Photoshop skills! I also love a good Christmas carol.

I’ve only just ‘got’ this!

x2boys · 10/01/2026 10:52

FingertipSearch · 09/01/2026 22:28

Not Roland, no. But we did have plenty of scenes together!

Faye or Zammo?

x2boys · 10/01/2026 10:45

UncannyFanny · 09/01/2026 21:41

Years ago someone did infer ,they were Katie Hopkins ..

StellaAndCrow · 10/01/2026 10:41

Derbee · 10/01/2026 01:15

Yes, I’m the lady who knitted the clangers.

That's a wonderful claim to fame. And would also be great for those "Two truths and a lie" icebreakers.

BaronessBomburst · 10/01/2026 10:37

Mary Beard was on here once. I'll see if I can link the thread.

4FoxxSake · 10/01/2026 09:27

WilfredsPies · 10/01/2026 01:38

@4FoxxSake is lying. If she was telling the truth, she’d have called herself Ronnie Fucking Pickering. Then you’d know who it was.

Not famous, but I do have a famous acting relation. Like, Hollywood, instantly recognisable, household name (although more so in America) famous, although their heyday was the nineties so more so with our generation.

Myfluffyblanket · 10/01/2026 03:59

My Land Rover was a prop in a television series. It was directed to look 'windswept and interesting'.

mumofoneAloneandwell · 10/01/2026 03:26

I think that there are tv producers on the soaps threads
