does anyone know anyone who works there please? Someone stole an item out my hands today in a different store and it’s the only store with stock of the item which I’ve hunted everywhere for but I can’t get through to store only a central call centre; anyone know how I can before I drive all that way for potentially wasted journey please?

Order online to collect in store, change your store settings to the Sheffield branch. It’s quite easy.

or have I just fallen for some clever way of encouraging people to start shopping online again at M&S?

If I could I would ☺️
