Sheffield fargate m&s urgent help needed

does anyone know anyone who works there please? Someone stole an item out my hands today in a different store and it’s the only store with stock of the item which I’ve hunted everywhere for but I can’t get through to store only a central call centre; anyone know how I can before I drive all that way for potentially wasted journey please?

If it's a coveted bag, one they have advertised, some chancer might put it on eBay or Vinted at a higher price after bagging a sale bargain

Look, I get it's annoying but it's just a bag.

It's totally disproportionate to stress yourself out and start driving for hours round the country to try and find one.

There are many, many other bags available and there will be other nice bags in future.

I would take a breath and spend the money on something else I wanted.

You can't buy the in store items online, you have to go to the shop, M&S online comes from the warehouse. It's not like JL where you can have them sent from a store online if the warehouse has no stock

The stock system doesn't work in real time so you can't rely on those stock levels sorry.

Am I understanding this correctly? You went into the store where there was a bargain to be had. Someone took the as yet unpaid-for bargain from your hand and you want help finding it again?

Thank you, it’s gone back up to 2 in stock. Does that mean it will be in stock or still potentially not? Wish I could just get through to the store!
