To wonder which celebrities you’d gladly give a metaphorical slap, if there were no consequences?

Not endorsing violence obviously but if it were just a harmless slap on a fantasy level - no consequences, no scandal, just vibes, who would be on your list?

Mine would be:

  • Trump - not technically a celeb but come on.
  • Diddy - no notes needed.
  • Jay Z - eternally smug and cheated on Beyoncé? Slap.
  • Kanye - not even sure where to start.
  • Chris Brown - this one’s personal, we all know why.
  • Kendall Jenner - something about her is just rude.

AIBU to think some people’s energy is just slap-worthy?

I thought of another one. Giles Coren.
Misogynist arsehole. I’ve never forgiven him for his ‘being overweight is moral turpitude’ column.

Russell Brand

Ha, I am a bit older and don’t know quite a few of the names on this thread, so need to google a few. But yes to this! I never found Orville sweet or cute. He was extremely irritating. Presuming I am thinking about the right Orville.😏

Yes, we are both thinking of the same Orville, ( and yes, I am older too so needing to look up some names!) 😂

I'm not sure why the idea of choosing a 90 year old for a metaphorical slap made me laugh, but it did.

Do you not think that after years of the most hideous threats against you and your children you might start to be a bit anti the people doing those things? She doesn't hate on people like Blaire White or Fionne Orlander or Buck Angel, and once sent roses to a trans YouTuber who stuck up for her (Rose of Dawn.)

People with views similar to hers have verbally and physically harassed me because of how I identify. I've been sexually assaulted because people have been determined to change how I identify. So while I don't agree that her children should be targeted for her views, I don't have any empathy for her.

Just have a look at this article. She does say some very transphobic things

Also fed up with older woman and their plastic surgery. Bloody kylie minogue looking like my 17 year old at 57. I actually think it’s pernicious as normal women simply don’t look like that over 50 and it’s rammed down our throats as normal when it’s bloody not. The bar is now entirely unachievable

This.. well said

😮

is it his voice?

It's his report on a lesbian festival in USA which imploded and his failure to see that part of the problem was caused by male lesbians
