To wonder if it was worth it

I’ve spent my 20s trying to get into a heavily competitive career - decent money but more vocational than mega rich. I was (and still am happy with this) but now in my early 30s I’m sort of regretting that I put my all into it at the expense of other things. I’m tired in the evenings so often spent it watching TV or gaming.

I look around at others and they have wonderful hobbies, lots of friends and families. I’m not a complete loner but I feel like I’ve sacrificed a lot. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll look back and regret it.

Some people have bright glittering 20s but lots of parties. But plenty of people don’t. I appreciate you’re tired in the evenings but you can still pursue the things you think are missing from your life, at this stage of it.

Early thirties? There's plenty of time to pursue the things you mention, if you really want to, and from the enviable position of being sorted work wise 💪.
