To say that my husband is extremely talented, pic included.

I know it’s early but I left my husband for a few hours yesterday, two cans of snow spray and asked him to do something nice with it on our front room window.. Came home to this, amazing stuff I think. Should I start pimping him out, would you pay for this, how much? If

Looks great but did he use a stencil? I've seen loads like that in my local area and they use stencils.

No, he sprayed the window white and then used a Tesco club card and her makeup brushes (lucky for him she’s forgiving) to create the detail.

Shops would probably pay for this for their windows. Take some great photos with different lighting and stick a post up on your local facebook page and see what comes back and go from there.

He's got real talent, I'd pay to have my windows done, and I'm sure shops would as well. Maybe start with small local shops and build it up. Advertise after he's done a couple of shops because people will ask who's done the windows for them. Nice little earner even if he just does it weekends.

Why are people making out like the 3rd week of November is the traditional, and indeed ideal, time to completely cover their living room windows in snow spray? It's a bizarre thing to do, as good as the pictures are.

there is a girl in our town that paints the windows of shops and offices. she does things to reflect the business and charges over £100 each window so if I was your husband I would be thinking of a new career

I wonder whether you’re in the same small town as me? Loads of the shops have window art done by the same girl- it looks ace!

Might be worth putting something on your town FB page if you have one. I sure lots of businesses would be interested in having a bespoke window design.

I am generally open these "isn't my xxx so talented" threads with a sense of foreboding, but hats off to him, that is both really beautiful and incredibly tasteful. A hard mix to pull off for Christmas. If I was a local business I would so pay for that

Exactly this - usually these threads are a cringefest but he is seriously talented!

Not my cup of tea for my own home, but I'd bite his hand off if I had a high-street business or similar.

What a lovely gift to have, as well - I'd love to be able to draw.
