I was turning right out of a business park today - had half completed my move to join the carriageway when I woman decided to scoot round and drag her car off my bumper. This is my fault? Will be told if it is but I am CROSS!!

I was turning right and she came from my right and tried to go round me, even though I was in the road, trying to complete my turn. She dragged her car against my drivers side bumper, damage to her passeger side rear door.

Sorry what do you mean? Do you mean you were turning on to the carriageway and she rear-ended you because she was already driving down the road? Or that she was tail-gating you out of your turning on to the carriageway and rear-ended you in the process?

She scooted round? Not sure what you mean.
