Who wants to wait whilst my kittens are born!

My girl is having her kittens! First one is here squeaking and healthy!

Second is imminent.

I think she’ll have 4 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Mama is good - a bit irritated when she can’t round them up for a feed which is hilarious, but healthy and chilled.

I caught Uncle Cat grooming one of the kits the other day too which was very sweet so it looks like we are on track for a harmonious 3-cat household 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Gubby’s owners sent this pic - they have a mesh partition to keep her in her dedicated room at nighttime and she climbs it until she gets let out first thing 🤣

They say she’s like a whirlwind and settled really well - I’m so happy ❤️

Here is the little main character! We have 3 weeks left with him. DH is putting on a brave face but he’ll be devastated.

Minnie went today and Luca heading off a week tomorrow.

It’s been a privilege to look after them all.

Thanks for the new photos. I love that one of Scrump on her(?) side with her legs stretched out. They are all gorgeous

I have just found this thread. I don't know how I missed it at the time. My youngest cat had kittens during COVID when vets would not neuter as anaesthetics needed for people with COVID. My cat had 5 kittens and it was an amazing journey to follow the kitties grow up. We were lucky as like you our kittens were wanted by family. Even exh had two of them. It's nice that DS gets to see them at his Dads house. We kept one kitten who was particularly attached to her mama and followed her everywhere. I have loved looking at all the photos of your kitties as it brought back my kittening days as DH calls them.

I know you’ll miss all the lovely kitties and the house will feel very quiet. And we’ll miss getting our regular kitten fix from looking at all the pics.

Fostering sounds like a great idea for you when you’re in a position to do it.

I’d also love one final pic of Scrumpy.

Whilst I will be spaying Mum and Tostada very soon, I will miss the kits and will foster (way) in the future if possible as it’s been a wonderful experience.

We’re enjoying our penultimate morning as a 6 car household as Minnie is off tomorrow.

They all over the living room - adults curled up, kits wreaking havoc. ❤️

it’s lovely to get confirmation from a vet that Gubby has been so well looked after. I really have enjoyed your thread, and will miss the kitty pics. I can’t believe how quickly the last few weeks has gone!

The rest are still absolute chaos and it’s goodbye to Minnie on Saturday 😭

Well done, for someone who was totally irresponsible allowing your cat to have these kittens, you seem to have done OK 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I noticed the negative brigade have gone off to harass other people 😉

Thank you for these pics, OP, it’s been lovely to watch them growing up! I wish I could have a kitten, but it isn’t possible with 3 adult cats who are 9 years old!

You must be missing Guppy, but it sounds like he’s being spoiled rotten! 😁
