I don't think the length of their relationship says much. He's never had the chance to enter into a relationship on equal terms. How can he know what's right or healthy?
Obviously the "born a man" stuff is pure misogyny, but I find it hard to feel sorry for her.

Watch this space… I don’t think they’ll still be together in a few years. Brigitte is 70 years of age now and as stylish as she is, certainly looks it. In fact for me, when I see pictures of them together the relationship seems as inappropriate as ever.
