Four days ago I bought my husband and myself each a bar of chocolate . Mine was plain milk which he doesn't like and his is fruit and nut and its chocolate so I like it too. Anyway mine went within an hour of me getting home. The fruit and nut is still sitting in the fridge lonely very much on view but untouched. AIbu to take a piece, as DH obviously isn't interested? ( who would leave a bar of chocolate untouched for four days?) When legally can I take it back? Is leaving chocolate uneaten so long a red flag? Should I LTB ? If so can I take the chocolate with me?

Legally, if you bought it, it belongs to you. So I’d be putting the kettle on and having a large chunk right now….

Whereabouts do you live that chocolate needs to be stored in the fridge in autumn

Why did you buy it for him if he’s not bothered about chocolate?

Is he not contactable?
