To wonder whose singing voice you’d most like to have?

If you could wake up tomorrow with a specific singer’s voice, whose would you choose and why?

Inspired by another thread, mine would be Karen Carpenter.

Just to add to my previous list, and going in a totally different direction, I would also add Nina Simone. Anything she sang was great but this is a really good example:

Gabrielle, I love her voice.

Though growing up (showing how old I am) I spent so long trying to copy Judy Garland and Barbara Streisand , I still love their voices.

Aretha. Or tbh any big gospel voice, I'd love to be able to unleash a huge soulful voice.

Or if I was heading in a more subtle direction. Lianne le Havas.
