Help me get the only thing my daughter wants for Christmas. Anyone work for NEXT?

As title says my daughter has only asked for one thing for Christmas. This coat in a size medium, but it’s not in stock anywhere near me. I keep checking on website for delivery but they go out of stock everytime any comes in. If you work for next can you tell me what time of day the website is updated with stock to give me the best chance? Anyone else if you see them in any branch please let me know! www.next.co.uk/style/su670919/f78133

I know lots of you are invested in this so just to let you know that the jacket is due to be delivered to me on Saturday and I'll be sending it on to Jcak after that. Hopefully a happy ending story!

There's one in Ireland in medium. Postage is €8.80, plus €96.50 for coat. Currency fees will be added so I'd imagine it would cost you circa £91 thereabouts. Im happy to buy for you and post it if you'd like? You can message me directly in case I don't see your reply. Thanks

we were in store when we first saw it and the lady checked the stock and said there was only one in size medium in Scotland and she tried to phone and reserve it for us but the shop didn’t answer, they tried for nearly an hour, they were so lovely.

So we did a 4 hour round trip just incase and they didn’t have it. She said there was none in stock that she could order for us but to keep trying. Still haven’t managed to get one so would appreciate any help when you are at work on Sunday x

Also want to thank everyone else who has been trying to help! I honestly can’t wait to give her it if we manage to get one!

I work there, I’m in Sunday if you don’t find one before then and I can have a look on the system where I can find one ☺️
It’s worth going in store if you are anywhere near one because they can order stuff in store that’s unavailable online, it takes 1-2 days rather than next day but you can get it delivered to your home if it’s not convenient to go back in! go first thing though because stock gets put back on the website about 6am when they get priority-returned.

5-7 is your best bet, then again at 9pm as returns get released back online then. There are SO many returns so the stock is there, it’s just flitting in and out, keep it in your basket and click checkout when it lets you

Sometimes stock shows differently on NEXT app compared to online. Its worth checking both ways.

I asked in store as they had some but not in her size so they checked and 1 miles away so went on road trip but they didn’t actually have it! Apparently no more in Scotland. Been checking website since and other sizes come in but go straight out again so was hoping to find time when they add them, checking at least 20 times a day x

oh I tried googling 'capybara hipster' & looked on 'Selfridges' but it just kept showing the one in the jellycats website!?!?! So annoying. Sorry. Hope you can get it.
