It was probably " home made " . I used to work in a prison , they make a reasonable weapon with a plastic toothbrush by melting the end to make a stabbing / jabbing device or breaking a safety razor and pushing the balde into a melted toothbrush .

Well I won't be mourning him but we are supposedly a civilised society and our prisons should not be a place where inmates can kill or harm each other so I dont quite understand the glee expressed here. I'm not "happy" that convicted gangsters are running our countries jails with sharpened toilet brushes and the like.

I am not in the slightest bit sorry that the cunt is dead. But I won't "celebrate" anyone's death, nor will I be celebrating the fact that offenders are still managing to make and conceal deadly weapons in our highest category prisons which makes everyone there, including staff and visitors, unsafe.

I'm also reminded of David Blunkett's comments about cracking open the champagne when Shipman killed himself. We should just be honest and say that none of these bastards deserve to live.

In cases where there is absolutely no doubt, yes, I'd favour capital punishment. The problem is those are few and far between.

I have a very strong stomach for this sort of thing due to the nature of my work, but I cried reading the court transcripts of his trial. Truly truly evil. I am very very glad he is dead and I hope he suffered greatly and was as terrified as the baby boy he raped.

Yes I am in favour of capital punishment when there's no doubt whatsoever and yes, these bastard baby rapists do deserve to die.
