I'm seeing Taylor Swift all over my feed on her press tour and she looks very conventionally attractive in her mid-30s. I feel I look a lot better in my 40s than I did in my (sleep-deprived toddler-mum) 30s.

I think Judi Dench and Helen Mirren are more beautiful now than they were in their 20s. I think the late Jilly Cooper was gorgeous all her life, old and young. But that's my subjective point of view. I don't think beauty or attractiveness has anything to do with age or body weight or anything like that. It's about individual people and their charm/charisma or some indefinable quality. Nothing to do with tight skin or thinness.

But generally someone who is actually beautiful facially tends to still have a beautiful face as they age. Most people aren't beautiful so youth does a lot of lifting

You have eyes OP, so surely you can see for yourself there are attractive women over 30? You may not consider yourself one of them, but if that's the case, it won't be due to your age but your natural features, body shape and general presentation. Because the effects of age alone on appearance at 30 are negligible.

Over 30???!!! Jesus that's supposed to be your prime. Very few famously beautiful people are under 30 when they are at their most admired.

Given that the average age of death for women is 82, its a tad riduculous to come on to a mainly female forum and complain you feel old and ugly at 30
