Personally I do but I feel it’s fine

No. I was eating a bit of chocolate most night, but then I stopped and now I don’t crave it. Habits change your desires.

No. I last had a biscuit a few weeks ago. Had a chocolate yesterday. I think it was a bit old.

Ps. Jammy Dodgers are on offer as a loss leader in Asda at 25p a pack!

We bought four packets as a view to saving money.. let's put it this way it hasn't quite worked out like that.🐷😋

FunnyOrca · 04/10/2025 20:31

I would love to! But we rarely have them in the house

Fluppys · 04/10/2025 20:30

Absolutely! Yum
Am 9st

Thissickbeat · 04/10/2025 20:29

Yes. I don't drink or smoke and I'm active / exercise every day.
I'm having a sodding biscuit when I fancy one.

Octavia64 · 04/10/2025 20:29

Blappengrap · 04/10/2025 20:04

Yes and that's why I'm fatter than I want to be.

Exactly this 😁

Yes, but not as much as I used to. I’ve got more into dark chocolate and usually have a couple of squares in the evening. However it’s movie night tonight so the Minstrels will be out.

MeridaBrave · 04/10/2025 20:27

Lindt 85% but only a square or two.

Yes. Plural. Which is why I'm much fatter than I'd ideally like.

Darner · 04/10/2025 20:23

No. I don’t have a sweet tooth. I used to love chocolate but I have trained myself out of it. I couldn’t tell you the last time I ate a biscuit, chocolate or a pudding. They don’t tempt me at all.

RampantIvy · 04/10/2025 20:21

No, not usually.

I like them occasionally, but can quite happlity not eat them every day.

thisishowloween · 04/10/2025 20:20

Yep. And crisps. I'm a healthy weight, no deficiencies (had recent blood tests for PCOS), and do 20k steps a day on average.

Purpleavocado · 04/10/2025 20:19

Yes, but not many, maybe 2 biscuits a day and a square of chocolate. I recently went from a size 12 to 10 and cutting back on treats definitely helped.

Screamingabdabz · 04/10/2025 20:17

We can’t have a bloody biscuit now? 😩

Doyouthinktheyknow · 04/10/2025 20:17

Used to eat lots every day, I stopped as part of an overhaul of my diet and I’ve lost more than 3 and a half stone.

I do feel these foods are addictive and breaking that was hard, I rarely eat them now as I fear a slippery slope!

Can say I miss them, my tastes have changed and I enjoy fruits and healthier foods much more now.

CustardySergeant · 04/10/2025 20:16

I don't. I can't eat anything that isn't under 5% fat. That's no chocolate, biscuits, cake, cheese, butter and a hundred other (lovely) things.

pinkbackground · 04/10/2025 20:13

Yep. Biscuits and some chocolate each day. I do a manual job though so snack on them during the day.

QueenStevie · 04/10/2025 20:13

Absolutely. Several biscuits in fact. And usually a packet of crisps.

Thingyfanding1 · 04/10/2025 20:13

Yes most days.

EvangelicalAboutButteredToast · 04/10/2025 20:12

Absolutely. I am a healthy weight and I eat crisps and chocolate every day.
