I’m a democrat. He is a democrat. In my mind there is so much humanity needed. The world needs it, GC could be up there saving the bloody world. Except he is scared that America will reject him for being gay. No one cares. He would have been amazing. But he is so scared of what America might think about him being gay. We already got a horrendous president in USA we don’t need a wee scared one. It’s such a pity he is a scaredy cat.

Rumours are they aren’t even his kids. I don’t know why. Even if he was gay he could be the father. I think that sadly it is still taboo to be gay in the film industry.

I can’t see any reason at all to doubt their relationship is real and happy… if you really wanted to be single as Amal or George I think it would be quite easy! I imagine they both would have plenty of resources and plenty of options!! I don’t understand why anyone would assume they’re together for the sake of it. They’re both very financially secure and successful etc. What would be the point of a fake relationship/ unhappy marriage?!

I know nothing about her but imagine she is fascinating. She is stunning aswell but more than that I expect she is incredibly well informed on the world and charismatic.

We’re talking about someone who could potentially marry a leader from the international courts, the UN, a political power or law maker from anywhere in the world. Someone who has some vague indirect influence in one of the political parties in the USA is a pretty marginal power compared to the people she meets.

when I was much younger I worked in the theatre industry, mainly west end. I worked with loads of actors, jobbing and aspiring. I have to say in 6 years of working across the industry I can count the male straight actors I met on one hand 😂 acting is such a gay profession I’ve always been surprised that such a tiny number of famous Hollywood male actors are openly gay.

not that they should have to be out if they don’t want to be but it’s like some blip in the matrix.

It is a bit naff to speculate about someone's sexuality. But that's what this thread is about, so this is my thruppence hapenny worth ... on desert island discs he is not acting ... he is just being himself. And when I heard it, I remember thinking that he was most likely gay. Don't know why that is vacuous or insulting to gay men? Surely it's normal for women to make judgments on whether men are gay or not?
