Doesn’t change my view. He’s what I would call a jobsworth, but worse as it’s not even his job. He just goes looking for trouble, and tries to wind people up, it’s not necessary at all. He’s obviously making money off his TikTok. Even his voice makes me angry. Vile creature.

Are you serious DandyTurtle? His tone, manner and behaviour are deliberately inflammatory.

Police officers who arrest criminals will still attempt to establish a rapport with most of them, despite actually having the authority to press charges. Cycling Mikey obstructs, belittles and distresses road users. He is going to cause an accident or provoke road rage.

He has no authority. His persona is that of a petty busybody and is likely to suffer the consequences, one way or another.

How could he. He's not driving a vehicle, he's stationary, he's not the one breaking the law.

That's like saying the police shouldn't go after criminals as they might get caught and do more damage
