I I’m heartbroken and surprisingly at peace. She knows how much I love and value her and I know how much she loves me .
I feel such pride to be her daughter, she has been my rock all my life .
please hold my hand .

Solidarity. I am currently sat beside my wife who is about to be taken by cancer. I am similarly heartbroken.

I am so sorry. It was the privilege of my life to do this for my beloved father three years ago and I hope it will, over time, bring you the same comfort it has me to know that you were there when she really needed you.
