Approximately 20 years ago I slept with a famous boy band member, he chatted me up online and we met up & started seeing each other. He introduced me to the other band members and initially he seemed lovely and we eventually slept together (sadly had a ‘petite saucisson’ 🤣). He then said he wanted to have sex where there was a good chance other people could watch, kept going on about my body & sex and also sent me a video of him masturbating which all gave me the ick. And worst of all I read in a national newspaper that the whole time we’d been seeing each other he was engaged to someone else! I don’t think he’s capable of being faithful to anyone judging by his dating history. Glad I didn’t get seriously involved with him 🤢

MyHonestBiscuit · 21/08/2025 19:19

Told everyone he was a gimp and into transvestites.

I used to be friends with someone who outed her then boyfriend to everyone she knew, to humiliate him without him knowing. She stayed with him and eventually married him,it was for show. She has re written history and gaslights the few remaining people she hasn’t fallen out with who know the truth.

Outed him in that he was gay?

Always like hearing about people who've had, erm, 'encounters' with celebrities. Probably wouldn't be that exciting in real life, though.

Other than the one mentioned upthread, its about a good story if anything 🤭

I'd let my female co-workers know. He could be dangerous to them.

This happened to us at work by the IT guy. When they’re clever (and foul) enough they can do anything

A guy who I worked with suddenly was not at work one day. Management said he was going to be away for a while for personal reasons. In my line of work we're sometimes in touch with the police. One of my team members called me over one day and showed me this guy's mug shot on a police website - he'd been charged of hacking into women's i-cloud accounts and disseminating their nude pics. We discreetly asked management if they knew and they were like oh yes, but keep it quiet as he's coming back to work once he's out of jail in 6 months.... Since then I kept it to myself as didn't want to be seen as a trouble maker, and also I wish I had never known, but I've always wondered who knew.

I'd let my female co-workers know. He could be dangerous to them.

YumYa · 20/08/2025 08:59

@StrictlyAFemaleFemale sounds like a good outcome.

Hopefully it'll be done before you leave so you can watch him get his comeuppance

If it isn’t I have friends there who will keep me updated on the tea!

StrictlyAFemaleFemale · 20/08/2025 05:28

I'm back from the Scout Committee meeting.

  • The chair has set up a new messenger group without leader A but with BCDE.
  • The treasurer will be having a very frank conversation with A and will tell him that while his intentions are good the effect is bad. He needs to back off and give the others space. They can't do it by themselves as long as he is there.
  • BCDE have been offered a training weekend run by the scouts. They can't even tie a sheetbend currently.
  • the Committee will be helping with the administrative side, so typing the program and sending it to parents etc.
  • A has also misinformed the others about the new sign up system from HQ. Anyone needing help with that is directed to 2 Committee members.

Surely she never went lid first with it ?🤣😂🤣😂.

123ps · 20/08/2025 01:50

How shocked must the daughter have been. Wonder what the dad said to explain haha, funny though 🤣

123ps · 20/08/2025 01:17

I'd also do the same, don't think it would matter if was a woman or a man showering,I'd still be nosey and look 😂.

No, not a Mitford.

The relative was famous for racing in the early1930s.

He raced in Germany ( where he later died).
Hitler was chancellor, and admired him and spoke with him.

BR?

Private Eye??

They probably know already, they tend to be way ahead of the field in outing prominent people, years and years ahead with Cyril Smith for example.

My DB and his wife have both been trying to shed the pounds or kilos for years! Deapite resetting dietitians, personal trainers and gyming 4 times a week they lost a bit and remained over weight and obese. But in the list 13 months without any changes all of a sudden they are skin and bones nothing has changed but they don't eat. And i recently found out they are on ozempic. Not medically warrented so obtaining the incorrect ways. When i confronted DB he just laughed. But literally nothing has changed and no other reason for this weight loss. It was confirmed a month ago by another family member.

They are obese, so it is medically warranted.

They have been trying for years to shift the weight, and must have spent a fortune.

Good for them. I hope you are not as judgemental to their face.

Was she much older than the apprentice? Scummy anyway, of course.

She’s 40.

I can't really remember. I think I might have just tried to forget about it. He might not have even remembered doing it as we were all quite drunk. I even questioned my memory a few times as I couldn't believe he would try it on with his db's gf but he definitely did!

😄 at least youre away from him - bit of a shit brother moment though

Not my gossip because I don’t know any of these people but a woman my husband works with has just had a baby, her husband after being told he was very unlikely to be a dad because of fertility issues is over the moon. She was sleeping with the nineteen year old apprentice for a year, she apparently begged him to not say anything and he agreed. She came into the office a few weeks ago with her husband to show the baby off!
She has confided all of this to my husband thinking he wouldn’t judge, he definitely is judging her but not enough to grass her up to her husband, he doesn’t want to get involved.

There is someone at work who I can't stand. He is arrogant, lazy, rude, and a liar, and treats his team terribly. I was asked to move into his team and refused.

Firstly it made me look for work and I have found a new and exciting job starting next month (I can't tell anyone until Thursday). The second thing is that karma is coming to get him. He has crossed enough people and now someone senior in the organisation (our internal client) is onto him and is about to have a "quiet word" with management and suggest he is removed from his role (I am sworn to secrecy on this one, just have to watch it play out!).

Hopefully it'll be done before you leave so you can watch him get his comeuppance

When I was living with my ex his db stayed with us for the night after we went out drinking. I'd met him many times over the years & got on with him well. My ex went to bed & me & his db stayed up chatting. I then said I was off to bed and he tried to make a move on me. I pushed him away & went to bed feeling v shocked. Never told anyone

How awkward was it for the rest of your relationship 😄
