Friends - a couple - go to sex parties and sex clubs so that he can watch his DW having sex with multiple

One of the senior managers has a private business & often takes on last minute contracts during work hours. The rest of the SLT are unaware & think they're doing their regular job. The senior manager will cancel meetings at the last minute if a private job comes up. As we all work remotely the SLT can't track & haven't noticed the moonlighting manager.

Are we rooting for her? Is she nice to you or a dick?

This isn't really 'juicy gossip' but here goes. One of my closest friends is married with 2 dc, but often complains about how her DH shows zero interest in her sexually now - and they haven't slept together in years. Their marriage isn't in the best place overall.

I really like her DH, but if I'd met him independently of my friend, I would have absolutely presumed he was gay. A few others have said the same thing (without any prompt from me). I strongly suspect he's closeted - very sad - and I really don't know how my friend doesn't 'see' this.

My DB and his wife have both been trying to shed the pounds or kilos for years! Deapite resetting dietitians, personal trainers and gyming 4 times a week they lost a bit and remained over weight and obese. But in the list 13 months without any changes all of a sudden they are skin and bones nothing has changed but they don't eat. And i recently found out they are on ozempic. Not medically warrented so obtaining the incorrect ways. When i confronted DB he just laughed. But literally nothing has changed and no other reason for this weight loss. It was confirmed a month ago by another family member.

Well so what? It’s not illegal and if it’s helped them to get healthy and to a normal weight that’s great. What is there to “confront” about? They’ve not done anything “wrong”! If they were obese that’s exactly who should be using them!

Would you have preferred they stayed the “fatties” of the family so you can feel superior?

I really don’t get all the hate for the WLI. If I could afford them, I’d be on them too like a shot!

One of my clients told me she suspected her husband was having an affair. Mine relates to a recently disgraced former MP. His antics are not a surprise to anyone who knows him. He also left his wife on Christmas Day for his mistress and attacked the other man she was having an affair with (sitting MP). He's been having the affair for years and it's only stopped because he's no longer in parliament. He's also still drinking despite court conditions citing he must stay away from alcohol.

Why not just name him?

I quit my job 6 months ago, but I haven't told a soul. I had a lot of stressful changes in my life, and I just couldn't cope with it any longer because my boss was quite temperamental and unpredictable. I just quit one day after working out that financially I could afford to retire a little earlier than planned, or that I could afford to take a year out now, and find a new job next year.

I haven't told my kids, or friends, or even my partner. I wfh on my laptop, so nobody really sees me work etc, but I just don't want to have to justify it and explain myself to people. When I'm speaking to people and they ask what I do, I just pretend I'm still doing it (whilst smiling on the inside)! I've managed for this long without telling, that I'm starting to wonder if and when I should tell anybody at all. it feels like a nice secret!
