To ask if anyone has seen ufo, ghost, fae?

I’d love to be so sure of everything, I really would.

Everybody is occasionally acutely telepathic. It’s called coincidence and confirmation bias.

@Blueeyedbogwitch, I’m sure you’re right about some people’s brains being ‘tuned in’. My mother was occasionally acutely telepathic over very long distances - but only (in the very few cases that I know of) when someone close was in some sort of acute distress.
To me that’s a similar thing - a brain ‘wired’ differently, or perhaps with an active section that in most people is dormant.

I saw 2 UFOs back in the 90s. One was with a friend. She asked me to get a camera to take a photo. Obviously back then it wasn't as easy to do that!

This happened to my mum over the course of about a year. My dad was worried and thought she was losing her mind until he saw it too. A cup moving slowly while all the other objects on the table stayed still. Mum was overjoyed someone else had seen the phenomenon. There were a few more incidents then it just stopped. No idea what it was or what caused it.

What a dismissive, sanctimonious comment. Don’t like the subject matter , jog on then.

That’s actually a relief.

I’ve asked lots of people why ‘Mum’ flashed up on my phone a few weeks after she died. We’d cleared her phone back to factory settings and given it to her friend.

I’ve googled like mad and couldn’t come up with an answer, so I’m glad to have one now.

I’m glad I’ve given a few people a laugh on a Sunday morning, anyway.

I saw an object move slowly but purposefully on its own several times when I was a teenager. I put the object back each time and within moments it moved again. It was witnessed by an older person and we still have no explanation. We checked the surface it was on and even put other objects in the same place to try and replicate what happened but they never moved.
Theres a bit more to this story but it’s quite outing.

I've seen countless ghosts. Heard them.too. No UFOs though, although I've started watching live tiktok streams where they focus on the night sky to spot stuff.

I have seen/heard/sensed plenty of things that if I weren’t a rational, thinking person I might have believed to be otherworldly/paranormal. But I am, so I didn’t.

I saw two, one beside me and one in front of me. It was the middle of the night so it was probably a dream but it wasn’t like any dream I’ve had before or since. It wasn’t sleep paralysis where you feel a presence but can’t move. I moved very fast 😬

Believing that you've seen a ghost is one thing, believing that one has access to 5g is something else 😅

Nobody has seen a ghost, because ghosts aren't real. Many people may think they have seen a ghost though.

A UFO, by definition, is something you can't identify. Many people will have seen things they couldn't identify.

I’ve seen ghosts over the years. First one was an old woman who just appeared in front of me when I was about three. She interacted with me - giggling and beckoning. I was terrified and ran away.

More recently, a man, whom I suspect was my dad, walked through my hall. I saw him out of the corner of my eye. He looked like a light silhouette, if that makes sense.

Between those, I’ve been aware of many presences: feeling people sitting on the bed, pushing doors open, calling my phone from a defunct number, moving things, banging on doors. Not every day, or even every year, but these things have happened.

I think I’m just tuned to pick this stuff up. Some of us are - like radios. We’re tuned to slightly different frequencies.

I think it was or worse. The bin bag phenomina actually followed me for a few addresses over a nunber of years. I know where it started from. I'm glad it hasn't followed me here!

I'm glad I moved out of my last flat when I did. Something would tamper with the recycling bin. You could hear the bin bag being moved. It only got to me once though and freaked me out, the rest of the time I was used to it. Things would also, with increasing regularity, fall over. 2Ltr bottles of pop, cans from the cupboards, etc. The most disturbing part though was I would wake with scratches, on my arms, legs, back, even stomach. Since moving it has all stopped.

I grew up in a haunted house. It was actually exorcised by the previous owners but clearly didn’t work. We had a regular 10pm ‘visitor’ as a family we saw it every night, but so did any guests who happened to be staying. I had school mates who refused to have another sleepover again, my WW2 fighting, eminently sensible, Grandfather saw it every time he visited. DH, who doesn’t believe in ghosts, saw about 3 of them first time he came to stay - 25 yrs later he still maintains he saw ghosts. It actually became really quite normal - although I don’t really believe in them either. I’d love to know what the fuck was going on in that house though. We saw some weird shit on a daily basis.

I saw a UFO in 1983. Lots of other people reported it at the time. I was 10 years old and playing out with my friends.

Saw a ghost at castle museum York 27 years ago.
